Customer Support Person

Our service and support department is looking for a technical support person for our customers.
The position includes providing technical support, service and training for customers for the following services: WebEx, V-Connect and operating video conferences.
 
Requirements:
Comfortable in a computer environment
Abitlity to provide training and support
Experience providing technical support and working with business customers - an advantage
Fluent Hebrew and very good English
Available to work full-time and flexibility with hours
Driver's license - required
Excellent interpersonal skills

Account Manager

Are you looking to manage a customer account in an advanced technology surrounding?

We are looking for an account manager.
The position includes managing an portfolio of existing customers, ongoing care, increasing activity and selling other services, and recruiting new customers.

Required:
Sales Orientation - a must!
