Investor Relations (IR) calls are the primary tool with which publicly traded companies, on Israeli and world capital markets use in order to discuss the publication of their quarterly earnings results. During these calls, senior management give short overviews of the company's reported earnings for each fiscal quarter. The interactive portion of the call allows participants to respond and to ask questions.

The digital "Replay" system allows people who are running late or participants who couldn't join during the live conference, to listen to a recording of the call at a time that is comfortable for them - via telephone or internet.
  • The interactive portion of the call allows participants to respond and ask questions. This permits an open and personal conversation call between the speakers and listeners, and lends to the transparency between the companies management and investors and analysts.

An experienced Veidan conference manager will accompany and supervise the entire call which allows the company's speakers to focus on the material they would like to present. Callers that dial the event's number will be received by Veidan representatives that will gather from them important personal information to the company (such as: name, company, telephone, etc.). While the listeners have been transferred to the call and are listening to waiting music, the speaker will be receiving updates regarding participant entries and will have a chance to review procedure. When the speaker decides it is time to begin the conference, our host will connect them to the rest of the participants who will be in a listen only mode, remove deactivate the waiting music, and introduce the speaker and the topic of the call.

At the end of the speaker's presentation, the host will proceed with the question and answer session, and the listeners will be given instructions on how to participate. Participants who want to participate will then have their line opened to speak according to the order in which the questions were received.
